The Riding Fear Free Journey Tracker is a guided journal, inspirational tool, and progress tracker designed to help you overcome horseback riding fear. It provides interactive questions and open-ended prompts to help you on each step of your fear-free journey.

Because journaling is crucial to processing your emotions and capturing your thoughts, the Journey Tracker offers 52 blank journaling spreads for you to record your emotions as you work through your lesson plans, write down the good things that happened during the lesson, and decide what adjustments need to be made.

Journal Review $35

Submit a journal entry (1,000 words*) describing one ride or horse session via email and Laura will read your entry and make comments and suggestions.

Video Lessons $65

Submit a video (1 hour**) of you and your horse either on the ground or while riding, and Laura will make comments and suggestions.

Video Lesson and Journal Review $90

Submit a video (1 hour**) and a journal entry (1,000 words*) for Laura to review.

Journal Reviews $35

Journal (1,000 words*) about an interaction with your horse either on the ground or in the saddle. The journal entry should focus not only on what you are doing, but on what you are thinking and feeling while you interact with your horse. (If you want more information about journaling, see Riding Fear Free: Help for Fearful Riders and Their Teachers and the Riding Fear Free Journey Tracker.)

After you journal about your interaction with your horse, send it to Laura Daley. She’ll read, review, and make notes on your of the ride. The focus of a journal review will be to help you see the reality of your situation, find the positive steps during the lesson, and offer tips for improving or changing for their next ride or encounter with your horse.

Once you have paid, you can submit your journal entry to Laura via email.

Video Lessons $65

Film (1 hour**) an interaction between you and your horse either on the ground or in the saddle. (If you want more information about the benefits of videoing your rides, see Riding Fear Free: Help for Fearful Riders and Their Teachers and the Riding Fear Free Journey Tracker.)

Laura will review your video and send written feedback that will focus on helping you identify tension in yourself or your horse. She will suggest better techniques for communication and help you see the positives in your abilities and in your horse.

Requirements for video lessons include a digital camera capable of taking video footage and an account at a video hosting site such as YouTube. (You may make the video private so that only you and Laura can view it.) If you have no access to YouTube, you may mail a copy of your ride via a flash drive, but please be aware it will take a little longer to review.

Once you have paid, you can arrange to submit your video to Laura via email.

Journal Review and Video Lesson Combo $90

Submit a video (1 hour**) and a journal entry (1,000 words*) for Laura Daley to review. The journal should focus on what you are thinking, feeling, and doing with your horse. Laura will review the video and journal entry and will send written feedback on both. She will focus on helping you see what is actually happening in the lesson, find the positive steps to the lesson, and see the reality of the situation.

*The maximum word count for a journal entry is 1,000 words. After that, the rider will be billed $10 for each additional 1,000 words.

**The maximum duration for a video lesson is 1 hour. After that, the rider will be billed $25 an hour for additional footage.
